Every stage of the production cycle, from inception to final packaging, is 100% MADE IN ITALY, as it unfolds within Cosmesit's own laboratories.

Our entire production process, from bulk manufacturing to canning, occurs within our facility. This ensures direct and immediate oversight at each juncture of third-party cosmetics production, following a predefined sampling protocol outlined in our Quality Manual.

Equipped with Dumek turbo-emulsifiers of various capacities, we accommodate diverse order quantities. Additionally, we conduct all requisite safety tests, including Challenge Tests, Patch Tests, Nickel and other Heavy Metals tests, as well as Ophthalmological tests.

Our hallmark lies in the rigorous testing of finished products before market release, ensuring both safety and efficacy. Stringent specifications guide our product testing, guaranteeing adherence to specific requirements and consistent quality standards.

We prioritize the utmost purity of raw materials. Exclusively sourcing from certified companies, we maintain uniform quality standards, thereby upholding consistent physical-chemical properties and purity levels.

The production phases adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards for Cosmetics.

Traceability

The complete process of identifying, releasing, storing, picking, and placing each Cosmesit product on the shelf is overseen through a computerized system. Barcodes are utilized to track and trace every raw material, packaging, bulk product, semi-finished, and finished product throughout the entire production cycle.
